JOC-AIR is one of the leading Aircraft Maintenance Organizations in Propellers, operating since 1992. We strive to deliver a safe, efficient and cost-effective service to our customers. We provide services for new and in use propellers for piston and turbine powered aircraft. Our services include; Overhaul, Midlife Inspection, New Parts, Forward Exchange Propellers and Blades, Dynamic Balance, Assembly, Disassemble, Lightning Strike, Repairs and Repaints.

We also provide away from base services including, Dynamic Balancing, Assembly, Disassemble and Repairs Worldwide. We have 17 years of experience in Composite Blade Overhaul and Repairs. Our Composite Blade Facility team is dedicated to excellent workmanship and quick turnaround times. 

We have numerous HARTZELL APPROVALS which entail the following: 

Cold Compression Rolling (Hartzell Single Shoulder), Aluminum Hub Shot Peen, Airfoil Shot Peen, Pitch Change Knob Shot Peen, Composite Blade Overhaul, and Composite Blade Erosion Shield Replacement.
